All of our workout classes are categorized by difficulty level. Easiest class starting at Level 1, being Yoga going up to Level 5 being some of our Boot Camp or Strength classes. 
These classes are free to members. Those who do not have memberships may attend classes for a $10 drop in rate.

Exercises using the water as resistance to enable the student the benefit of weight lifting without added risk of strains and sprains on your body. This class is member lead with the use of an instructional video. Cost is FREE to members, only a day pass
