  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays starting on January 6th through Feb 14th.

    • Mornings at 6-7am or evenings from 630-730pm at the Rec Center.

    • Registration based class.

$100 for a 6 week session that includes: 

  • 17 action packed classes (No class on Jan 20th, Rec Center is closed that day.)

  • BONUS- Members receive 10% off!

  • Classes on Mondays will focus on Cardio, Wednesday classes will be strength based and cool down on Fridays with Core and Flexibility.

  • 1 hours classes that will progress each week and will include exercises like; circuits, spin, kickboxing, ladders, HIIT, cario and a little dip in the pool.

  • This class is perfect for those seeking New Year's resolutions, prepping for ski season, maintaining fitness for winter sports and injury prevention.

  • From instructor, Laura: "A 6 week class like this will definitely show results in some area. To do something 3 times a week for 6 weeks, builds performance and will give you results."

  • Must sign up before class start date, must have at least 6 people to run class. Limit to 10 people per class. Registration ends January 5th. 

  • Cancellation fee of $50 will apply beginning January 2nd, 2019.
