Why should your child join our swim team? Swimming should be FUN! Being on a swim team is a great way to extend a child’s love of the water beyond mere recreational activities! Kids who aren’t comfortable with other sports may excel in swimming if given the opportunity! It feels good to be part of a team.  Researchers have found that it’s also a boost to overall health and well-being. Kids are welcome to try a class at NO CHARGE! How the Cascade Killer Whales Swim Team Works:Our swim team is led by Coach Laurie Fletcher.Kids are welcome to try a class at no charge to see if they are interested.  Please contact the Rec Center to discuss a free trial date. Swim Team requires the purchase of a facility membership.T-shirts with the Cascade Killer Whales logo and child's name are available for adults and kids.
