A 60-minute high-energy interval training workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses weights, bands, resistance balls, steps, body weight and more to exercise and blast all major muscle groups. This class will target specific muscle groups each day to increase strength and stamina.

6:00 PM - 7:45 PM    Kayak Roll Practice - Kayak Roll Practice
Bring your own Kayak to the pool to participate in a group roll practice. We only have room for 14 kayaks in the pool.If a Thursday practice is full, you can schedule for another day. There is no waitlist for this program.When you show up on your scheduled day, we will have cleaning supplies set up for you.Each kayak that will be in the pool must be scrubbed before it enters the pool, regardless of the last time you cleaned it.
