All of our workout classes are categorized by difficulty level. Easiest class starting at Level 1, being Yoga going up to Level 5 being some of our Boot Camp or Strength classes. These classes are free to members. Those who do not have memberships may attend classes for a $5 drop in rate.

While swimming is a fun activity, it’s important that children know how to swim correctly so they can be safe in the water. That’s where swimming lessons come in. Our instructors emphasize comfort and security in the water as well as good technique.Group Swim LessonsStudents will work together with a swim instructor(s) in a group setting. Lesson sessions should be repeated until the student is ready to progress to the next level. Classes Offered (Ages 3 years and up):   Level 1/2 Beginner: Trust & Submersion   Level 1/2 Intermediate: Trust & Submersion, Some Body Positioning   Level 1/2 Advanced: Body Positioning and Air Recovery   Level 3/4: Forward Movement, Direction Change   Level 3/4 Advanced: Rotary Movement   Level 5/6 Integrated Movement, Freestyle Stroke, DivingIf you are interested in learning about Baby Beluga, private lessons, swim teams or classes offered to adults, please contact the Rec Center at 208-382-5136. Some class days are subject to change depending on weather, instructor illness, etc. Make-up lessons will be given for classes that are canceled.
