Join Laura on Friday mornings at 8:30am for 30 minutes of booty sculpting barre work and 30 minutes of core work. A variety of exercises targeting shoulders to hips and all around the spine. Builds stability, mobility, and spine health.

This is a level 2 or 3 difficulty level. All exercises are adaptable for injuries and fitness levels.
