Kassi Keuhey

Kassi was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho and moved to Cascade for a fresh start away from the busy city. She has an Associates in Health Science and a large amount of experience and knowledge in fitness supplements and nutrition. When not working, Kassi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her boyfriend and their two dogs. She also enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, and going on atv rides. Front Desk Manager
Shay Holmes

Shay Holmes is a native Idahoan, and finally fulfilled her dream of becoming a full time Valley County resident in 2001. Having spent many summers in Cascade, Shay grew up fishing, camping and horse packing, and she always felt like the mountains were her home. Shay loves people but especially enjoys the company and energy of children, and she volunteered with Sunday School, Boy Scouts, after-school program, 4-H, homeschoolers, and other kid centered organizations since she moved to Cascade. She loves our community and feels blessed that she could raise her children in such a safe and loving environment. When she isn’t working or volunteering, she loves to read, ride horses, spend time with her dogs and goats, and do woodworking projects.
Facility Maintenance
Doug Trosky

Doug is our behind the scenes miracle worker. He takes care of all the maintenance this facility requires. He has an impressive background and has helped the facility improve in so many ways. Doug enjoys working at the rec center because of the kind, caring, and hard working staff. It makes coming to "work" very pleasant for him. His main focus and priority here is making the facility safe and healthy for all. Doug is optimistic and filled with hope. He looks for the good in all and is always helpful in giving staff encouragement to reach their potential. In his free time, he enjoys working in his shop at home. His current home is missing the all important shop, but he hopes to have one again soon!
