All of our workout classes are categorized by difficulty level. Easiest class starting at Level 1, being Yoga going up to Level 5 being some of our Boot Camp or Strength classes. 
These classes are free to members. Those who do not have memberships may attend classes for a $10 drop in rate.

Ride on the flats, up hills and through rolling hills. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. Led by instructor Sabra Collins.
