This class uses the resistance of the water to help improve your cardiovascular strength and your overall heart health while also toning and building muscle.The water pressure helps circulate the blood around your body more efficiently and putts less strain on your joints than normal aerobic exercise. This low impact workout is perfect for older adults, pregnant women and anyone looking to rehab injuries.This class is free to members, or $5 for a drop-in.
