Late registration: July 1st - July 15thSeason: July 12th - August 12th
Practice:Teams will practice twice a week at the cascade sports complex.Practice schedules will be posted by the end of open registration.This is a NO CONTACT sport. Players will wear flags on a belt around their waist, there is absolutely NO TACKLING.
WE NEED COACHES:
As a rec center, we rely on volunteers to coach the teams. If there is not a volunteer willing to coach we will have to cancel the sport.
If you are willing to coach a team, please fill out the coaching volunteer form and email it to kassi@cascaderec.org or drop it off at the front desk.
You can also fill out the Online Submission Volunteer Form which does not need to be brought in
