H.I.I.T Register View Cart

A 60-minute high-energy interval training workout, designed to improve


strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses


weights, bands, resistance balls, steps, body weight and more to exercise


and blast all major muscle groups. This class will target specific muscle


groups each day to increase strength and stamina.
